The Early Access Pass is designed to reserve launch-related benefits such as 72H early access, first shipping priority, selected color priority and a launch discount.

FINAL PRODUCT ORDERS
If final wrist strap products are sold later, refunds and returns may follow the return conditions shown at checkout or on the product page.

Some Early Access benefits may be considered digital, reservation-based or limited-access benefits once delivered.

RoyalPop Select is a product concept and ecommerce brand focused on compatible wrist strap systems and styling accessories for Royal Pop owners.
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests, cancellation requests, Early Access Pass payments, waitlist access and future product orders may be handled.

FINAL PRODUCT ORDERS
This Refund Policy applies to purchases, reservations, Early Access Pass orders, paid launch access, digital or access-based benefits, future product orders and related checkout activity made through RoyalPop Select.
This policy may apply to:
Early Access Pass purchases.
Selected color priority reservations.
Launch-related access benefits.
Future product purchases.
Checkout payments processed through Shopify or third-party payment providers.
Customer support requests related to refunds, cancellations or order issues.
This policy does not replace your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

EARLY ACCESS PASS REFUNDS
The Early Access Pass is designed to reserve launch-related benefits before the first public drop.
These benefits may include:
72H early access before the public drop.
First shipping priority when the first units become available.
Selected color priority where possible.
A €10 launch discount for the first official drop.
Because the Early Access Pass is an access and reservation-style product, it may not be refundable once the access benefits have been delivered, activated, used or made available to you, unless required by applicable law.

WHEN EARLY ACCESS PASS MAY BE REFUNDABLE
We may review Early Access Pass refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
A refund may be considered if:
You were charged by mistake.
A duplicate payment was made.
The Early Access Pass benefits were not delivered or made available.
The Early Access Pass was purchased due to a technical checkout error.
The first drop is cancelled entirely and no alternative benefit is provided.
A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
Refund approval is not automatic and depends on the specific situation.
05.
WHEN EARLY ACCESS PASS MAY NOT BE REFUNDABLE
An Early Access Pass may not be refundable if:
The 72H early access window has already been provided.
Priority access has already been activated.
Selected color priority has already been reserved or processed.
The launch discount has already been issued or made available.
You changed your mind after the access benefit was delivered.
You did not use the access link during the early access window.
You missed the public drop or did not complete the final product purchase.
The product color you wanted becomes unavailable due to high demand, unless otherwise required by law.
The Early Access Pass does not guarantee that you will purchase the final product unless this is clearly stated at checkout.

WHAT ARE YOU PAYING FOR?
The Early Access Pass is not the final wrist strap product.
The Early Access Pass is a paid priority access product that may reserve launch-related benefits for your selected RoyalPop Select color or style.
Your payment may cover:
Early access before the public drop.
Priority position for the first shipping wave.
Selected color priority where possible.
A launch discount for a future product purchase.
Launch-related communication and access management.
Unless clearly stated at checkout, the Early Access Pass does not include the final physical wrist strap product.

FREE WAITLIST
FREE WAITLIST
Joining the Free Waitlist is free and does not require payment.
The Free Waitlist may allow you to receive launch updates, product announcements and public drop notifications.
Free Waitlist members do not receive guaranteed 72H early access, first shipping priority, selected color priority or a launch discount unless clearly stated.
Because the Free Waitlist is free, there is no payment to refund.
08.
FINAL PRODUCT RETURNS
If RoyalPop Select later sells physical wrist strap products, return conditions may be shown on the product page, checkout page or a separate return policy section.
Return eligibility may depend on:
The product being unused.
The product being returned in its original condition.
The product packaging, accessories and included materials being complete.
The return request being made within the stated return period.
The product not being damaged, altered, worn or used beyond normal inspection.
Some products may not be eligible for return if they are custom-made, personalized, limited drop items, hygiene-sensitive items or otherwise excluded under applicable law.
09.
CANCELLATIONS
You may contact us to request cancellation of an order or Early Access Pass.
Cancellation may be possible if:
The order has not yet been processed.
The access benefit has not yet been delivered.
The payment has not yet been captured or finalized.
The final product has not yet entered fulfillment or shipping preparation.
Once an order has been processed, access has been delivered or a product has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
10.
DUPLICATE OR ACCIDENTAL PAYMENTS
If you believe you made a duplicate payment or were charged by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
Your name.
Your email address.
Order number, if available.
Payment date.
A short explanation of the issue.
We will review the payment records and may issue a refund if a duplicate or accidental charge is confirmed.
11.
DISCOUNT VALUE AND LAUNCH CREDIT
If your Early Access Pass includes a €10 launch discount, this discount may be provided as a discount code, automatic discount, checkout credit or other launch-related benefit.
The launch discount may be subject to:
A limited usage period.
Selected product eligibility.
One-time use.
Minimum order value.
Availability during the official drop.
The €10 discount may not be exchangeable for cash unless required by applicable law.
12.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
RoyalPop Select may offer limited drop products, selected color concepts or launch-based availability.
Product availability may depend on:
Production status.
Supplier availability.
Demand for each color.
Stock quantity.
Shipping readiness.
Technical or operational limitations.
Early Access Pass may improve your priority, but it may not always guarantee final product availability unless clearly stated at checkout or on the product page.
13.
SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURNS
If a physical product is returned in the future, shipping costs may be handled according to the return conditions shown at the time of purchase.
Unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error, original shipping fees and return shipping fees may not be refundable.
If the wrong item, damaged item or defective item is received, please contact us with photos and order details so we can review the issue.
14.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
Your order number.
Your email address.
Clear photos of the product.
Photos of the packaging, if relevant.
A short description of the issue.
We may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, refund or other solution depending on the situation and applicable law.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
If a refund is approved, it may be processed back to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may depend on:
The payment provider.
Your bank or card issuer.
Shopify checkout processing.
International payment processing times.
It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after the refund is issued.

PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have an issue with a payment, order, Early Access Pass or refund request, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
Opening a payment dispute before contacting us may delay the resolution process.
We reserve the right to provide relevant order, access, delivery, checkout and communication records to the payment provider if a dispute is opened.
18.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS OR BENEFITS
Depending on the product or benefit, some items may not be refundable.
This may include:
Delivered digital access benefits.
Used Early Access benefits.
Expired access windows.
Redeemed discount codes.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Products damaged after delivery.
Items excluded under applicable law.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
