PHYSICAL PRODUCT SHIPPING

When RoyalPop Select physical products become available for purchase, eligible orders may be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

During high-demand periods, first-drop launches or limited product releases, processing times may be longer than usual.


Early Access Pass customers may receive first shipping priority where this benefit is clearly included on the product page.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country, local courier network, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our control.


Any delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date unless clearly stated otherwise.


We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect delivery information or events outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING COSTS

First shipping priority means that eligible Early Access Pass customers may be prioritized in the first fulfillment wave when physical products are ready to ship.


This does not always mean same-day shipping, guaranteed delivery date or faster courier transit time.


First shipping priority applies to order processing priority, not necessarily carrier delivery speed.


This benefit is subject to product availability, payment confirmation, selected color availability and operational capacity.

SELECTED COLOR PRIORITY

Selected color priority means that Early Access Pass customers may receive priority access to the color option selected or associated with their pass, where available.


This does not guarantee unlimited stock or permanent availability of a color.


If a selected color becomes unavailable due to production, supply or launch limitations, we may contact the customer with alternative options where possible.

SHIPPING COUNTRIES

Shipping countries may be limited during the first launch period.


Available delivery destinations will be shown at checkout when physical products are available for purchase.


We may expand or restrict shipping regions depending on carrier support, customs requirements, fulfillment capacity and product availability.


If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to ship to your location.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.


This includes full name, delivery address, phone number, email address, postal code, city, country and any additional delivery details required by the carrier.


We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, return shipments or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information.

FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURNED PACKAGE

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missing information, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package or carrier limitations, the package may be returned to sender or held by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us, we will review the situation and contact the customer where possible.


Refunds, reshipments or store credit may depend on the reason for the failed delivery and the condition of the returned item.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed, packed or handed over to the carrier.
