WHAT THIS COVERS
These Terms explain how RoyalPop Select works, including website use, waitlist signups, Early Access Pass purchases and future product drops.

EARLY ACCESS PASS
The Early Access Pass reserves priority benefits for the first RoyalPop Select drop. It does not automatically purchase the final wrist strap product unless clearly stated.
03.
FREE WAITLIST
The Free Waitlist lets you receive launch updates. It does not include early access, first shipping priority, color priority or a launch discount.
04.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
By using this website, joining the waitlist or purchasing an Early Access Pass, you agree to these Terms.

WHO WE ARE
RoyalPop Select is a product concept and ecommerce brand focused on compatible wrist strap systems and styling accessories for Royal Pop owners.
RoyalPop Select is not the manufacturer of the original Royal Pop watch. Our concept focuses on compatible accessory ideas, wrist-ready styling systems and related ecommerce experiences.

EARLY ACCESS PASS
By accessing or using the RoyalPop Select website, joining the Free Waitlist, purchasing an Early Access Pass or interacting with our checkout pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website, join the waitlist or purchase any product, pass or service from RoyalPop Select.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cookie Policy and any product-specific information shown on the relevant product page.

ABOUT ROYALPOP SELECT PRODUCTS
RoyalPop Select may offer compatible wrist strap concepts, styling accessories, Early Access Passes, waitlist access, digital launch communications and future physical products.
Product images, mockups, concept visuals and website graphics may be used to show the design direction, color options, styling ideas and intended product experience.
Some visuals may represent concept designs, early prototypes or pre-launch marketing materials. Final product details, materials, packaging, availability, colors and specifications may change before the official drop.
We aim to describe all products and passes clearly, but small differences may exist between website visuals and final products.

EARLY ACCESS PASS
The Early Access Pass is designed to reserve launch-related benefits for the first RoyalPop Select drop.
Depending on the product page, Early Access Pass benefits may include:
72H early access before the public drop.
First shipping priority when the first units are ready.
Selected color priority for the chosen color concept.
A €10 launch discount for the official product drop.
The Early Access Pass does not automatically purchase the final wrist strap product unless this is clearly stated at checkout or on the product page.
The Early Access Pass is a priority access product. It gives you access-related benefits for the launch, but the final product may still require a separate purchase when the official drop goes live.
Early Access Pass benefits are connected to the selected color or product page where the pass was purchased.
05.
FREE WAITLIST
The Free Waitlist allows users to receive launch updates, first drop notifications and RoyalPop Select announcements.
Joining the Free Waitlist is free unless otherwise stated.
The Free Waitlist does not guarantee early access, product availability, selected color priority, first shipping priority or any launch discount.
Free Waitlist members may be notified when the drop opens, but Early Access Pass members may receive priority before the public launch where stated.
06.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DROP SYSTEM
RoyalPop Select may release products through limited drops, pre-launch access, early access windows or public launch periods.
Product availability may be limited. Some colors, strap options or accessories may sell out quickly or may not be available in every region.
We may limit quantities per customer, cancel duplicate orders, pause sales or change launch dates if necessary.
Joining the waitlist or purchasing an Early Access Pass does not guarantee that every future product, color or accessory will remain available at all times.
07.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are shown on the website or checkout page at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers such as Stripe, card processors or other checkout partners.
We do not directly store full payment card details on our own website. Payment information is handled by secure third-party payment providers according to their own security and privacy standards.
Prices may include or exclude taxes, duties, shipping costs or other fees depending on the checkout page, delivery location and product type.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, technical checkout errors or incorrect product information before accepting or fulfilling an order.
08.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email or checkout confirmation from RoyalPop Select, Shopify or another payment/checkout provider.
An order confirmation means we have received your order request. It does not always mean the order has been fully accepted, fulfilled or shipped.
We may refuse, cancel or refund an order if there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect information, unavailable product, pricing error or technical issue.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping terms for physical products will be explained on the relevant product page, checkout page or Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to production timelines, warehouse processing, courier delays, customs procedures, holidays or other factors outside our control.
For pre-launch products, early access products or first-drop products, shipping may begin only after the product is produced, stocked and ready for fulfillment.
Early Access Pass customers may receive first shipping priority where this benefit is clearly stated, but this does not guarantee an exact delivery date.
10.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy and any product-specific information shown at checkout.
For physical products, customers may have consumer rights depending on their location and applicable law.
For Early Access Passes, refund eligibility may depend on whether the pass has already been used, whether launch access has already been provided or whether the benefit period has started.
If an Early Access Pass is described as non-refundable on the product page or checkout page, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
If we cancel a product drop, discontinue a selected color before launch or cannot provide the stated Early Access benefits, we may offer a refund, credit or alternative solution where appropriate.
11.
DIGITAL ACCESS, EMAILS AND LAUNCH COMMUNICATIONS
Some RoyalPop Select services may involve digital access, email notifications, private launch links, discount codes or priority communications.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox, spam folder or promotional inbox for launch updates.
We are not responsible if you miss a launch email because your email address was incorrect, your inbox blocked the message or the email was filtered into spam.
Private launch links, discount codes or early access links may be personal, limited-time or limited-use. They should not be shared publicly unless we clearly allow it.
12.
DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes, launch offers, Early Access discounts and promotional benefits may be subject to specific conditions.
A €10 launch discount connected to an Early Access Pass may be valid only for the official RoyalPop Select drop, selected products, selected colors, selected regions or a limited time.
Discounts cannot always be combined with other offers unless clearly stated.
We may modify, pause or end promotions at any time if necessary, but this does not affect benefits already clearly granted to eligible customers unless required due to technical, legal or operational reasons.
13.
PRODUCT COLORS, MOCKUPS AND VISUAL ACCURACY
We try to display product colors, materials, textures and details as accurately as possible.
However, colors may look different depending on screen settings, lighting, device display, photography, concept rendering or final production materials.
Some visuals may be artistic, illustrative, conceptual or promotional. Final products may have small differences in color, stitching, texture, packaging, hardware or fit.
Where a product is still in development, the product page may describe it as a concept, pre-launch item, prototype direction or first-drop product.
14.
COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER
RoyalPop Select products are designed as compatible accessory concepts for Royal Pop owners.
Compatibility information is provided based on the product concept, design direction and available product details at the time of publishing.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility notes and product images before purchasing.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every version, modification, third-party accessory, replica, damaged item or altered product unless clearly stated.
15.
BRAND AND TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER
RoyalPop Select is an independent accessory concept and ecommerce brand.
RoyalPop Select is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to Audemars Piguet, Swatch or any related brand owners unless clearly stated.
All third-party brand names, product names, images, logos or references are used only to describe compatibility, product context or styling inspiration where applicable.
The original Royal Pop watch and related brand elements remain the property of their respective owners.
16.
WEBSITE USE
You agree to use the RoyalPop Select website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to hack it, interfere with checkout systems, copy website content without permission, submit false information, abuse promotions or use the website in a way that harms RoyalPop Select or other users.
We may restrict access, cancel orders, remove accounts or block users if we believe these Terms have been violated.
17.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The RoyalPop Select website design, graphics, text, product concepts, layouts, visuals, logos, brand elements, marketing materials and original content belong to RoyalPop Select or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, scrape or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
You may share our website or public product pages for personal, non-commercial purposes as long as you do not misrepresent RoyalPop Select or imply official partnership where none exists.
18.
USER CONTENT AND MESSAGES
If you send us messages, feedback, product ideas, images, comments or social media content, you agree that we may use that information to respond to you, improve our products and manage customer support.
If you tag RoyalPop Select publicly on social media, we may interact with, repost or reference public content unless you ask us not to.
You must not send unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or harmful content.
19.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent allowed by law, RoyalPop Select is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, missed launch opportunities, missed emails, website downtime, courier delays or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase may be limited to the amount paid for the relevant product, pass or order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and checkout may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, email tools, analytics tools, hosting providers, social media platforms and courier or fulfillment partners.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, services, outages, privacy practices or terms.
When you use a third-party checkout, payment page, social media platform or external link, their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
21.
CHANGES TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
We may update, modify, pause or discontinue products, product concepts, colors, accessories, Early Access Passes, waitlists, offers or website features at any time.
If a change affects an existing paid order or Early Access Pass, we will aim to provide a reasonable solution, such as updated information, alternative options, credit or refund where appropriate.
22.
FORCE MAJEURE
RoyalPop Select is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These may include supplier delays, production issues, shipping disruptions, customs delays, payment provider issues, internet outages, platform downtime, legal restrictions, natural disasters, strikes or other unexpected events.
23.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business location of RoyalPop Select, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
If a registered company is added later, this section should be updated with the correct governing law, jurisdiction and company details.
Consumers may have mandatory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
24.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
